How to Get the Nutrition You Need If You’re Lactose Intolerant

If you can’t properly digest lactose—a natural sugar that’s found in milk—you may have to cut down on dairy foods, or even eliminate them from your diet.

Unfortunately, that can make it a bit trickier to get the amount of calcium you need to maintain healthy bones. 

That said, it can be done.
